Mark A. Shaw represents employers in workers' compensation, litigation and employment matters.  He has represented both private and public sector employers before state courts and at all administrative levels before the Industrial Commission.  Mr. Shaw has experience with construction businesses, health care companies, insurers, manufacturers and transportation and logistics companies.  Additionally, he has represented insurers in professional liability matters.
