Shaw and Cravener Publish Health Care Reform Articles

Attorneys Mark A. Shaw and Garrett M. Cravener published two articles in the Toledo Bar Association newsletter regarding health care reform. Part one summarizes changes that have taken place due to the new law while part two discusses upcoming changes. These articles are available on our web site. Mr. Shaw represents employers in workers' compensation, litigation and employment matters. He is actively involved in the Ohio Chamber of Commerce Workers' Compensation Committee which monitors and recommends workers' compensation legislation in the General Assembly. Mr. Cravener concentrates his practice in the areas of workers' compensation, labor and employment, and employee benefits law. He lectures on a variety of employment related topics, including the impact of health care reform on Ohio businesses and organizations. Both attorneys can be reached at our Columbus office.
