Nine Eastman & Smith Lawyers Recognized in 2026 Ohio Super Lawyers and Ohio Rising Stars Lists

A total of nine Eastman & Smith attorneys have been selected to the 2026 editions of Ohio Super Lawyers® and Ohio Rising Stars®. In addition, Karl H. Schneider has been named to the publication’s “Top 50 Columbus Super Lawyers list.”

The following four attorneys are recognized in the 2026 Ohio Super Lawyers list:

Annually Super Lawyers magazine generates a listing of attorneys from each state using a four-step process.  An attorney first has to be nominated.  Next he or she is evaluated by Super Lawyers on 12 factors, followed by peer evaluation.  Those scoring the highest in their respective size category are selected to the Super Lawyers list.

Five percent of attorneys are recognized in the Super Lawyers list.  Only 2.5% are selected to the Rising Stars list.  These attorneys typically are under the age of 40 or have practiced for less than 10 years.
