Eastman & Smith Adds Trial Attorney Gregg A. Peppel to Toledo Office
Eastman & Smith is pleased to announce that Gregg A. Peppel has joined the Firm’s Toledo office, further strengthening the Firm’s litigation capabilities and continuing its strategic growth in Northwest Ohio.

Mr. Peppel brings more than two decades of courtroom and trial experience, representing clients in sophisticated construction disputes, commercial and business litigation, professional liability matters, and medical malpractice defense. He regularly works with businesses, contractors, insurers, healthcare providers and individuals in high-stakes disputes and has developed a reputation as a skilled trial attorney and strategic advocate with extensive experience managing complex cases through all phases of litigation.
Prior to joining Eastman & Smith, Mr. Peppel was a member of a boutique trial firm in Toledo. He received his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Toledo. He is licensed in Ohio and Michigan and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® since 2019 for his litigation practice.
