Gregg A. Peppel is known for his dedication to client service and his ability to navigate legal challenges with clarity and efficiency. For more than 25 years, Mr. Peppel has assisted clients with medical malpractice litigation, complex commercial issues, dispute resolution, construction law, insurance coverage, business transactions and real estate. His experience includes representing clients across a wide range of industries such as education, beverage, construction, real estate, health care, transportation and nonprofit organizations.
Before joining Eastman & Smith as a member, Mr. Peppel operated a law firm, providing him with valuable entrepreneurial insight and a practical understanding of client needs. Earlier in his career, he served as a court bailiff, gaining firsthand experience with courtroom procedures and judicial operations.
Mr. Peppel earned his law degree from the University of Toledo, where he served as managing editor of the University of Toledo Law Review. Prior to his legal education, he completed a history degree at the same institution. During his undergraduate years, he was active in student government and was a member of the University’s lacrosse team.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Peppel has a rich personal life. He enjoys building guitar effect pedals, playing bass guitar in his church’s worship band and spending time with his two adult children.
