Eastman & Smith’s Fadi V. Nahhas and Breanne M. Rubin Recognized in Legal 500’s Inaugural U.S. Elite – Ohio List

Fadi and BreEastman & Smith is pleased to announce that Fadi V. Nahhas and Breanne M. Rubin are recognized in the inaugural 2025 edition of the Legal 500 U.S. Elite – Ohio list in the Corporate & M&A section.  Mr. Nahhas is one of four attorneys with a Tier 1 ranking in the section and Ms. Rubin is ranked in Tier 4. The Firm also earned a Tier 2 ranking.  A total of thirty-one attorneys and nine firms appear on this list.   

Legal 500 was founded in 1987 as a “guide to law firms.”  It covers multiple countries and areas of practice.  Its US Elite series is intended to “highlight key lawyers operating at regional players.”  Attorneys are selected based on interviews, attorney feedback and client comments.

Ms. Rubin says she enjoys “bringing practical and strategic solutions to clients, helping them meet their overall business objectives in a purpose-driven and efficient manner."  Concentrating her practice on corporate matters and health care, Ms. Rubin regularly works with clients on a wide range of issues.  These encompass entity formation and governance, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital, private placements, commercial contracts, succession planning, regulatory matters, and information security.  Super Lawyers includes her on its list of Ohio Rising Stars.  Best Lawyers bestowed a One to Watch designation on Ms. Rubin for M&A and health care law.
