Elizabeth Bolduc Elevated to Member of Eastman & Smith

Manufacturers, schools, wholesale and retail establishments, restaurants, hotels and consultants are some examples of clients she represented in a variety of transactional, litigation and regulatory matters. For three consecutive years, she has appeared on Ohio Rising Star by Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers®: Ones to Watch in America lists.  Ms. Bolduc joined Eastman & Smith in 2021.
