Shopping for a Mall?  Johnson and Reinbolt Can Help.

7/7/22

couple in mall looking in shopping bagsMembers Scott A. Johnson and Steven D. Reinbolt represented a client in the purchase of a Southeast Michigan mall.  The duo represented the real estate investment firm in the multi-million dollar deal.  Plans for the mall include remodeling and developing as well as attracting new stores, restaurants and entertainment venues.

This is one of several multi-million dollar transactions in which the attorneys have been involved recently.  Other projects have included properties involving a steel minimill, hospital, and an industrial subdivision development. In addition, to handling commercial real estate acquisition and disposition projects of all sizes, our real estate attorneys routinely assist with contract disputes, commercial loans, economic development incentive programs, and zoning and land use.

Mr. Johnson concentrates his practice in the areas of transactional real estate, business related matters, real estate related litigation and intellectual property law.  Mr. Reinbolt focuses his practice on commercial real estate law.  Should you need assistance in a real estate matter, please contact them or one of our real estate attorneys.
