Luther Quote on Supreme Court ACA Decision

8/23/21

In June the US Supreme Court upheld the individual mandate of the Affordable Care Act (a.k.a. Obamacare).  According to Eastman & Smith member Lynn Vuketich Luther, “The Court’s third decision upholding the ACA may mark the end of efforts to have the act struck down in its entirety.  Legal challenges will continue but focus on specific provisions.”  Ms. Luther was interviewed by Westlaw Journal Employment

Ms. Luther exclusively concentrates her practice in representing management in labor and employment matters, including counseling employers on Affordable Care Act compliance. “I provide employers with efficient, common sense solutions to effectively manage their workforces without burdening business operations.”
