Jackson and Nightingale Join Eastman & Smith

Reginald (Reg) S. Jackson, Jr., and Adam S. Nightingale have joined Eastman & Smith, where they are based in our Toledo office.

Mr. Jackson’s practice includes complex business litigation, federal white collar criminal defense and professional liability. Mr. Jackson is board certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, a distinction held by approximately 100 attorneys in Ohio and Michigan, as well as certified by the American Arbitration Association to conduct arbitrations. Mr. Jackson was an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio in its Toledo office and is a past president of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Foundation.

Mr. Nightingale is an associate who focuses his practice in the areas of complex business and commercial litigation, federal white collar criminal defense and insurance coverage/recovery. He also has experience with legal-malpractice defense, franchise litigation and a wide variety of general litigation matters. Additionally, Mr. Nightingale has represented individuals and businesses in civil and administrative licensing matters with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
