The attorneys of the Labor & Employment Practice Group of Eastman & Smith Ltd. invite you to its Annual Columbus and Central Ohio Workers Compensation Seminar.The Workers' Compensation Claimant:Hiring, Firing, Investigating and Tackling Your Worst Cases

8:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.  This seminar will provide attendees with training on important aspects of workers' compensation law. It will provide guidance on effective claim management practices and will offer strategies on how to defend claims.

Agenda Includes:

For the "Worst Case" presentation, you are encouraged to submit a succinct version of your own worst case in advance for discussion. Also, be prepared to join in the discussion and respond to the recommendations of the experts.

Additionally, while you will be given an opportunity to ask questions during the seminar, you are encouraged to submit questions in advance of the seminar to kalewis@eastmansmith.com so that the presentation is tailored to cover topics that you find most important.

The optional lunch will allow attendees to address additional questions with presenters. Cost for the lunch is $10.
