What is it Like Working for Eastman & Smith?

This video was prepared in celebration of our 170th anniversary and its observations are still true today. More recently, law.com interviewed member Kyle D. Tucker on how he made partner. He noted his “diligence, performance and dedication” likely were factors in the reason for his promotion and that mentors helped him develop as an attorney.
In addition to our employees, Eastman & Smith also cares about the communities in which they work and promotes the inclusion of all people in the legal profession. Our attorneys regularly participate in professional and community organizations, supporting over 80 community and non-profit organizations. Several organizations, with whom we have long-standing involvement, focus on the inclusion of all people in the legal profession.
