Rubin Re-Appointed to Chair OSBA Corporate Counsel Section

The Ohio State Bar Association re-appointed Breanne M. Rubin as chair of its Corporate Counsel Section.  The Corporate Counsel Section supports in-house and private practice attorneys interested in corporate law matters through education, current awareness and online forums.  Topics center on matters pertaining to laws, regulations and litigation.  Corporate Counsel Section is one of the larger OSBA sections with over 1,500 members. 

Ms. Rubin is an associate in our Business Law and Health Care practice groups.  She represents clients of all sizes on a wide range of corporate matters.
