Mr. Devaney, a registered pharmacist as well as an attorney, assists health care clients with compliance issues, business transactions and peer review matters. According to Mr. Devaney, returning to in-person health care could involve challenges such as:
- Treating patients whose conditions deteriorated due to delaying care.
- Meeting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) gating criteria.
- Addressing issues surrounding vaccination of staff.
- Handling business process changes such as inventories.
