Carrie A. Johnson Named to 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Global IP Lawyers

Carrie JohnsonEastman & Smith is pleased to announce that Carrie A. Johnson appears on the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Global IP Lawyers list.

This is the second edition of the list, which honors lawyers who are “protecting innovation, defending brand innovation, defending brand integrity and leveraging assets at the heart of their clients’ businesses.”  Ms. Johnson is the only Northwest Ohio attorney appearing on the list.

Ms. Johnson is a member of Eastman & Smith and has more than 20 years of experience helping clients protect and defend their most important assets and brands. She has extensive experience in infringement litigation, which she leverages to provide strategic counsel to clients on trademark clearance matters and disputes involving litigation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution. Ms. Johnson is known for advising clients on trademark issues, unfair competition, advertising and copyright law, with an emphasis on international and domestic portfolio management.  In 2023 National Law Journal named her to its Intellectual Property Trailblazers list.
