Rubin Receives 20 Under 40 Award
On Thursday, Breanne M. Rubin, member of Eastman & Smith, was honored with a 20 Under 40 award. The 20 Under 40 program recognizes persons under the age of 40 who have "distinguished themselves in their careers and/or as a volunteer in the community." Over 200 people in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan were nominated.
Ms. Rubin is part of the Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Law and Health Care Practice Groups and currently serves as the chair of the Personnel Committee of the Firm. She represents clients of all sizes on a wide range of corporate matters, such as entity formation and governance, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital, private placements, commercial contracts, succession planning, regulatory matters, information security, as well as drafting and negotiating contracts of all types. Additionally, Ms. Rubin is involved in several organizations including the That Neighborhood Free Health Clinic, Northwest Ohio Chapter of Prevent Blindness and the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Business Development Services Advisory Board.
