Women of Eastman & Smith Sponsor Second Annual Shoe Drive

The Women of Eastman & Smith Ltd., is proud to announce that it recently completed its second annual shoe drive through its Toledo chapter of Shoes That Fit, a non-profit organization established to help build the self-esteem of schoolchildren in need by providing them with new shoes.

This year, Eastman & Smith's shoe drive benefitted students at Rosa Parks Elementary School in Toledo's inner-city. Fifty students received new shoes and socks through this program on November 10, 2009. Last year, students of Sherman Elementary received shoes through the program.

Eastman & Smith Ltd. is a law firm of with nearly eighty attorneys in Toledo, Columbus, Findlay, and Novi, Michigan, which has provided legal services to individuals and businesses since 1844. The Women of Eastman & Smith meet monthly to discuss career development issues, network and connect with colleagues and clients, and promote diversity in the legal profession.
