Bingle and Democko Pass Bar, Join Firm

William P. Bingle and Breanne M. Democko recently passed the Ohio bar exam. Both associates are 2012 graduates of the University of Toledo College of Law. They joined the Firm this fall.

Mr. Bingle is an associate and a native Toledoan. While at UT, he authored "Birthright Citizenship: Misguided Calls for Reform" for the law review and was a member of the editorial board. During law school Mr. Bingle was a member of several organizations as well as a teaching assistant. In addition, he interned for a local law firm, a governmental entity and a non-profit group.

Ms. Democko is an associate in the Business Law Practice Group. While at UT, she served on the University of Toledo Law Review in several capacities (including its executive board), authored "Comment: Social Media and the Rules on Authentication" for the law review and presented on social media at an Ohio Association of Magistrates conference. She was a member of several organizations and committees as well. The Firm congratulates Mr. Bingle and Ms. Democko on passage of the bar.
