COVID-19 and the Employer’s Response: What Can We Do?

In this unprecedented time, employers and employees are facing numerous challenges on how to respond to the COVID-19 crisis.  In this webinar, Jim Yates and Sarah Pawlicki, attorneys in the Labor and Employment Group of Eastman & Smith Ltd., will discuss the legalities of addressing COVID-19 in the workplace, available benefits for employees including an expansion of the availability of unemployment benefits, and paid leave requirements contained in the Families First Coronavirus Response Act.  Jim and Sarah also will discuss MSHA/OSHA’s response to the crisis and what employers can do to provide a safe workplace for all employees.
