Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. The U.S. Supreme Court is weighing in on a number of workplace issues. Federal agencies are rapidly working to burden employers with additional restrictions and obligations. Join the attorneys of the Labor & Employment Practice Group of Eastman & Smith for an advanced and interactive discussion of significant employment law developments impacting organizations of all types. Discussion will cover:

- NLRB Update Involving Workers' Rights, Including Access and Use of Company Communications;
