Federal agencies are rapidly working to burden employers with additional restrictions and obligations. Join the attorneys of the Labor & Employment Practice Group of Eastman & Smith for an advanced and interactive discussion of significant employment law developments impacting organizations of all types. Discussion will cover:
- Tackling Difficult Leave of Absence and Medical Situations, Including new DOL Regulations;
- NLRB Update Involving Workers' Rights, Including Access and Use of Company Communications;
- New Employee Pregnancy Issues;
- Affordable Care Act Update;
- Expanded LGBT Rights for Employees; and
