Employers and the Affordable Care Act: What You Need to Know and Do Now to Comply and/or Avoid Penalties

This limited participant program will outline steps for complying with the law, including:

An overview of "shared" responsibilities for employers;
Review employer mandates under the ACA;
Penalties under the "pay or play" scheme; and
Timelines for compliance (including timelines for action beginning June 1).
