Planning & Zoning Workshop
The Northwest Ohio Section of APA-OH will be holding its annual Planning & Zoning Workshop on Thursday November 10, 2011, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. at the Dana Conference Center on the University of Toledo Medical Campus in Toledo, Ohio. They have developed a diverse group of rural and urban topics for the event including the future of downtown Toledo, State Route 66 in Defiance, Jeep brownfield redevelopment project and state legislative update. Speakers include Eastman & Smith attorneys Lane D. Williamson and Albin Bauer. Mr. Williamson will be part of a panel discussion on zoning code enforcement from the owner's perspective while Mr. Bauer will discuss public records and open meetings as well as meeting rules. Cost to attend depends on membership in the organization.
