Join us on Wednesday, November 2, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. for a real estate seminar entitled Commercial Core Law Update. Eastman & Smith, in conjunction with the Toledo Board of Realtors, is sponsoring this event. Attorneys Gene R. Abercrombie, David W. Nunn, Lane D. Williamson and Scott A. Johnson will address the following topics:
- Issues with agency and commissions in commercial real estate;
- Eminent domain and 1033 exchanges new developments and contract terms;
- Environmental due diligence and other environmental concerns; and
- Real estate license law, current trends in disciplinary action.
Cost to attend is $20 for Toledo Board of Realtors members, $25 for non-members. The seminar will be held on the sixth floor of the One Seagate Building.
