The attorneys of the Workers' Compensation Practice Group of Eastman & Smith Ltd. invite you to its annual Toledo area workers' compensation seminar.

Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. Join us for a seminar focused on providing employers with practical information to help reduce costs and effectively manage their workers' compensation programs. This seminar will include advanced discussions on the following topics:

Overlapping leave laws affecting workers' compensation claimants;
The impact of the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Young v. UPS on transitional duty programs and
An update on recent workers' compensation cases decided by Ohio's courts.

The seminar also will feature small group interactive workshops in which attendees analyze real life scenarios with individual attorneys and discuss how to identify issues and enhance the prospect of favorable outcomes.

Although you will be given an opportunity to ask questions during the seminar, you are encouraged to submit questions in advance to events@eastmansmith.com so we can tailor our presentations to meet your needs.
