With the passage of House Bill 523, those with certain medical conditions, upon the recommendation of an Ohio licensed physician certified by the State Medical Board, can purchase and use medical marijuana. Jim Yates of Eastman & Smith, Ltd. will provide an update on the new medical marijuana regulations in Ohio and what that means for employer's rights across the state.
