Profile

Jeffrey D. Snavely concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial transactions, general corporate law, employee benefits and executive compensation.

His practice focuses on the representation of small and medium sized businesses in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and the formation of entities, and commercial transactions, including financing transactions and the purchase, sale, and lease of assets.  He has addressed employee benefits issues in situations such as company acquisition,  as well as executive compensation. Mr. Snavely is a member of Eastman & Smith.

Mr. Snavely graduated magna cum laude from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1996 where he was managing editor of The University of Toledo Law Review. He also received a B.B.A. in finance, cum laude, from the University of Toledo.
