Nicholas W. Bartlett Receives Legal Writing Award

The Toledo Bar Association honored associate Nicholas W. Bartlett for winning the 2024 Cubbon and Associates Legal Writing Competition. The writing competition highlights attorneys who have been practicing less than five years for the quality of their writing in either a civil or a criminal legal brief. The winners were announced during the 2024 Kiroff Bench Bar Conference. Mr. Bartlett won for the brief he authored that was filed in an Ohio civil appellate case. 

Mr. Bartlett’s practice includes general litigation and professional liability as well as representing landowners in eminent domain matters.  Additionally, Mr. Bartlett is the co-chair of the Defense Research Institute's DRI For Life (Wellness) subcommittee.
