Karl H. Schneider Reappointed to Board

Governor Mike DeWine reappointed Eastman & Smith attorney Karl H. Schneider to the Ohio Board of Building Appeals.  The Board holds administrative appeals hearings involving decisions made by several state agencies as well as county and local building departments.  Mr. Scheider was first appointed in 2013 and currently chairs the Board.

Mr. Schneider has extensive trial experience in white collar criminal defense, professional liability matters and complex business litigation as well as before licensing boards, regulators and in professional liability litigation. His experience also entails being a hearing officer in two separate Ohio Secretary of State ballot challenges and as a special hearing officer for the Ohio Department of Insurance.
