Eastman & Smith attorneys continue their efforts to educate others on pandemic operations.
- On March 31, 2021, Sarah E. Pawlicki and James B. Yates will discuss “COVID-19 Vaccination Update for Businesses” for the V Project. The V Project is a collaboration between The Employers Association and Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce regarding COVID-19 vaccination. - M. Charles Collins and Stephen E. Chappelear wrote an article for Columbus Business First regarding three January 2021 Ohio court rulings on business interruption insurance. Additionally Mr. Collins authored an earlier article, available on our web site, regarding pandemics and business interruption insurance.
- Stephen E. Chappelear was interviewed by Columbus Bar Lawyers Quarterly concerning how Zoom has been used in litigation.
- Lindsey K. Self authored an article regarding whether or not employers can mandate employees be vaccinated. Eastman & Smith’s February employment law webinar also addressed this issue.
