Eastman & Smith Ltd. Named In Fortune's 2013 Top Ranked Law Firms

Fortune magazine once again has selected Eastman & Smith Ltd. for inclusion in its latest Top Ranked Law Firms. Eastman & Smith was one of 575 firms in the Midwest to be chosen by Fortune. According to the Census Bureau, there are 32,657 law firms in the Midwest. A total of eight Toledo law firms appear on the list. The rankings are constructed using LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell's law firms database. To be eligible for this ranking, a firm must have at least 10 attorneys, with at least three having received the AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating. This rating indicates these attorneys have proven to their peers that they have the highest level of ethical standards and legal abilities. Eastman exceeds this level both in terms of number of attorneys and percentage of attorneys who have received this rating. Eastman & Smith is honored to have been selected for this distinction.
