Jacobs Honored by Library
Frank D. Jacobs has been honored by the Library Legacy Foundation as the 2010 Outstanding Community Volunteer. Mr. Jacobs is on the Foundation's board of directors. Mr. Jacobs has been an active member of the Foundation and is on the Executive Committee. The Library Legacy Foundation is a nonprofit group whose purpose is to support the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library. Funds raised by the Foundation are used to purchase library materials and fund programs such as summer reading clubs. In addition to the Library Legacy Foundation, Mr. Jacobs is a former chairman of the Board of the Toledo Community Foundation . He is also a board member of the Toledo Symphony Orchestra and the Toledo Law Association which supports the Lucas County Law Library.
Mr. Jacobs' practice emphasizes tax and estate planning. He is Board Certified in Estate, Trust, and Probate Law and is a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Eastman & Smith thanks Mr. Jacobs for his service to the community.
