Jacobs Appointed to OSBA Specialty Board for Estate Planning, Trusts and Probate

Eastman & Smith attorney, Frank D. Jacobs, has been appointed to the Ohio State Bar Association Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Specialty Board. The board is responsible for revising the certification exam and overseeing the approval of new applicants for certification. This is a four year appointment. Mr. Jacobs is a member of the Firm's Business Section where his practice emphasizes estate planning, general tax planning, charitable planned giving, business structuring, business succession planning and qualified retirement plans. He is a frequent speaker on many of these topics and has authored numerous articles in his areas of expertise. He has been listed as one of The Best Lawyers in America®for over twenty years and in 1991, was elected a fellow in The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
