Carrie L. Sponseller received the Ohio State Bar Foundation's 2011 District Community Service Award for Attorneys 40 and Under for District Four. This award is presented to younger attorneys who have contributed both time and effort to charitable organizations and who embody the ideals of the legal profession. Ms. Sponseller works with several non-profit organizations, including Adelante, the Latino Resource Center and the United Way.

Ms. Sponseller is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Labor and Employment Law Specialist and concentrates her practice in the areas of employment discrimination, workers' compensation and related litigation. Her experience includes representing employers in administrative agencies, as well as in Ohio and federal courts.
