2011 Construction Law Update

One SeaGate, 500 North Summit St., Toledo
3/2/11

At its upcoming Construction Law Update, Eastman & Smith Ltd. attorneys will address three topics of interest to the construction industry. First, Scott A. Johnson will discuss new regulations adopted by the Ohio Public Utilities Commission (PUCO) on motor carrier transportation safety, which would impose additional record-keeping and other obligations on contractors. Second, James B. Yates will discuss current common OSHA and safety issues faced in the construction industry. Third, Matthew D. Harper will update attendees on construction law issues ranging from contract interpretation to mechanics' liens.

Join us on Wednesday, March 2, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at our Toledo office building located at One SeaGate (500 North Summit Street). The seminar will be held in the Garden Room located on the park level of the building. Please RSVP to Jennifer Provolish at events@eastmansmith.com or by calling 419-247-1759.
