Public Project Construction Reform in Ohio

Ohio public construction reform added three new delivery methods for Ohio public projects in addition to Multiple Prime Contractors (with or without a Construction Manager (CM) as agent):

CM at Risk (CMR),
Design-Build (DB) and
General Contracting (GC) using a single prime contractor.

This seminar will discuss the pros and cons presented by each of these delivery methods. The seminar takes place from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a mixer to follow. Please join us!
