A Northwest Ohio native, Andrea Almeida Rodriguez, associate, is part of the Business Litigation and Immigration practice groups.  She earned her law degree from the University of Toledo, following her undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University, where she majored in Criminology and Criminal Justice.  While in law school and after, Ms. Rodriguez clerked for Eastman & Smith.

During her time at the University of Toledo, Ms. Rodriguez worked as a student attorney for both the Tax Controversy Clinic and the Immigrant Justice Clinic. Her efforts were recognized with an award for outstanding contributions to these clinics. Additionally, she gained valuable experience as a legal intern for Americans for Immigrant Justice and as a summer legal intern for a food manufacturer.

Ms. Rodriguez background includes an internship with the Ohio House of Representatives, sales associate, and receptionist. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, she served as a student research assistant and student assistant.  She is fluent in Spanish.

Outside the office Ms. Rodriguez enjoys live music events, spending time with her dog and family game nights.
