Adam Nightingale Named 2023 General Litigation Trailblazer by the National Law Journal
Eastman & Smith is pleased to announce that member Adam S. Nightingale has been honored as a 2023 General Litigation Trailblazer by The National Law Journal, an honor given to professionals working as agents of change in their practice areas.
Mr. Nightingale was asked about the path that made him a trailblazer, which he says is rooted in how he collaborates with his clients, commenting, “By understanding their history, processes, and goals, I’m able to develop more sophisticated solutions.”
With a practice focused on high-profile litigation, white-collar crime and government investigations, Mr. Nightingale notes, “My job is not just to defend my clients facing prosecution, but also to help prevent that from happening in the first place (and shield them from unwanted publicity and stress).”
