Goldberg, President of Toledo Bar Association
It promises to be a busy year for litigation member Stu Goldberg. On July 1, Mr. Goldberg assumed the presidency of the Toledo Bar Association, and becomes the eighth TBA president from our law firm. As its president, he hopes to lead, by encouraging more networking and association among its membership and 40+ committees, and by fostering the atmosphere of collegiality and professionalism for which Toledo lawyers have been well known. Mr. Goldberg acknowledges that TBA leadership takes time and energy, but that the presidents job is easier thanks to the hard work of a very capable bar association staff, led by Executive Director, Trish Branam.
Mr. Goldberg is also an active fundraiser for the American Heart Association, and a member or leader of several other civic and professional organizations, including the Ohio State Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Anne Grady Corporation and the Dental Center of Northwest Ohio. His practice includes product liability, personal injury, commercial litigation, insurance coverage, health care litigation and employment litigation.
