Mark A. Shaw represents employers in workers' compensation, litigation and employment matters.  He has represented both private and public sector employers before state courts and at all administrative levels before the Industrial Commission.  Mr. Shaw has experience with construction businesses, health care companies, insurers, manufacturers and transportation and logistics companies.  Additionally, he has represented insurers in professional liability matters. 

A member of the Firm, Mr. Shaw is a frequent speaker and guest lecturer at seminars regarding workers' compensation and employment law topics.  Best Lawyers in America® lists Mr. Shaw in its publication under Workers’ Compensation Law – Employers as well as Litigation -- Labor and Employment Law.
