Nunn Panelist at University of Toledo

David W. Nunn participated in the Coffee and Conversation session on environmental law at the University of Toledo College of Law. He was part of a panel of three local environmental law practitioners who provided insights and advice to law students interested in careers in environmental law. The panel fielded questions from the law students as well as described how they broke into this area of law. Mr. Nunn is a member of Eastman & Smith whose practice covers a wide range of environmental-related areas, including CERCLA, RCRA, toxic torts, environmental litigation, water and sewer, brownfield redevelopment, transactional due diligence, agency negotiation, contracting, and remediation planning and oversight.

Mr. Nunn's participation in this event is one of the many ways in which Eastman & Smith supports the University of Toledo College of Law. The Firm recently awarded the Eastman & Smith Faculty Achievement Award to Professor Lee J. Strang and hosted a reception for the Black Law Student Association.
