Gilmer, Hales Speak at Federal Court Practice Seminar
Robert J. Gilmer Jr., a member of the Firm, and Janet E. Hales, of counsel, were part of a panel of attorneys at the 2007 Nicholas J. Walinski Federal Court Practice Seminar. Discussion encompassed filing new cases, pretrial procedure, electronic discovery, case management, disclosure, alternative dispute resolution and trying cases in federal court. Mr. Gilmer was the panel's moderator.
