Areas of Practice

Northwest Ohio native Natalie Sullivan Baker utilizes her legal and client service skills as an associate in the Firm's Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Practice Group.  She counsels individuals and businesses on estate planning and business transactions matters. 

Previous Legal and Industry Experience

Prior to joining Eastman & Smith, Ms. Baker was employed by another Toledo-area law firm and held two legal clerkship positions during law school.

Beginning in high school and throughout her undergraduate years Ms. Baker held entry-level positions in the health care, retail, restaurant, accommodations, services, government and information industries. These experiences provided her with a practical understanding of the workplace challenges and business considerations faced by many clients. 

Education

Ms. Baker earned her law degree from The University of Toledo where she served as a note and comment editor for the University of Toledo Law Review.  She also holds undergraduate degrees in Industrial and Labor Relations (with a minor in Business Administration) and Political Science and Government.  While at Cornell University, she completed their Mediation for Student Mediator Training Program and was awarded the David B. Lipsky Award for Conflict Resolution Impact and Excellence.

Hobbies and Interests

Outside the office, Ms. Baker enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and working out.
