Lindsey K. Ohlman's practice includes litigating and advising employers on various issues affecting the employment relationship.  She concentrates in the area of workers' compensation defense and is an associate with Eastman & Smith.

Ms. Ohlman has experience representing employers before the Industrial Commission, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC) and various state courts.  In addition, Ms. Ohlman defends employers against claims involving Title VII, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and Fair Labor and Standards Act (FLSA).

While in law school Ms. Ohlman was employed in the legal department at the corporate headquarters of an auto glass repair and replacement company where she worked with the general counsel on employment matters, such as drafting position statements in response to EEOC discrimination allegations and reviewing insurance provider contracts.  She also clerked for the Ohio Supreme Court's Office of Disciplinary Counsel and worked as a summer associate at another local law firm.

A Toledo native, Ms.Ohlman attended St. Ursula Academy.
