Dates changes were made to each regulation are provided, but annotations that offer explanations and other sources of information are not. Please note there is a time lag between when changes are made and when the Ohio Administrative Code is updated. To find out if a regulation has changed, visit the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review web site or the issuing agency's web site.

Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review

JCARR's purpose is to review regulation changes. Each week a report is posted listing what agencies have proposed changes, when they were filed and when they were reviewed. While the actual text of the proposed regulations are not available on JCARR's site, many times they can be obtained from the issuing agency.

District Courts of Appeals

On this site from the Ohio Supreme Court are links to the twelve District Courts of Appeals as well as a map detailing which counties belong to which courts. Clicking on one of the links, will download a page providing contact information for the court, their jurisdiction, a list of judges and, in some cases, a link to opinions. How many years of opinions are available varies from court to court.
