Lucas County Auditor - Real Estate

Using the auditor's database of real estate information referred to as ARIES, you can find data on a property. Current owner, former owner, when built, taxes and other property characteristics are available. In some instances, a photo of the property is accessible.

Lucas County Court of Common Pleas

The bulk of this site gives general information on the court and jury duty. You can access the dockets for cases by clicking on the "online dockets" link which is located in the right frame.

Lucas County Recorded Documents

Recorded documents are items from the Lucas County Recorder's Office. These documents include tax liens and surety bonds. Prior to using the database, a username and password must be obtained. (This can be done on the site as well.) Three ways of searching the database are available: simple (name and date), advanced (name, date, description) and instrument (book and page number or document number). A help screen is provided.
